Tantangan Teknis dan Sosial dalam Pengembangan Aplikasi Kesehatan Susu Kefir di Bandar Lampung

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi kesehatan berbasis digital storytelling sebagai solusi peningkatan literasi kesehatan dan kualitas hidup pasien di Bandar Lampung. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk mempermudah akses informasi kesehatan, pemesanan susu kefir, dan pelaporan konsumsi produk kesehatan. Metode yang digunakan mencakup identifikasi kebutuhan masyarakat melalui survei dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD), pengembangan aplikasi dengan fitur storytelling, serta uji prototipe oleh pengguna awal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini meningkatkan pemahaman pasien tentang manfaat susu kefir serta mempermudah pemantauan konsumsi, dengan 83,3% peserta FGD menyatakan aplikasi ini relevan dengan kebutuhan mereka. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah rendahnya literasi digital pasien serta keterbatasan sumber daya mitra dalam mendukung edukasi digital. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, akan dilakukan pengembangan fitur kecerdasan buatan (AI) dan program pelatihan literasi digital bagi pengguna. Dengan pendekatan berbasis komunitas dan teknologi digital, aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model inovatif dalam pengembangan teknologi kesehatan yang berkelanjutan dan meningkatkan keterlibatan pasien dalam manajemen kesehatan pribadi.
