Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat di Desa Pukdale, Kabupaten Kupang, mengenai upaya pencegahan stunting melalui edukasi kesehatan berbasis keluarga. Sasaran kegiatan meliputi ibu hamil, balita, pasangan usia subur, dan remaja putri, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 466 orang. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan interaktif dan diskusi kelompok yang mencakup topik pemantauan kehamilan (ANC), konsumsi tablet tambah darah, ASI eksklusif, imunisasi, serta perencanaan keluarga. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa meskipun sebagian besar ibu hamil telah menjalani pemeriksaan kehamilan dan menerima tablet Fe, seluruhnya mengonsumsi kurang dari jumlah yang direkomendasikan. Sebagian balita belum menerima ASI eksklusif dan imunisasi lengkap. Partisipasi pasangan usia subur dalam program KB juga masih rendah. Edukasi yang diberikan meningkatkan kesadaran peserta, namun pendampingan berkelanjutan tetap diperlukan. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan pentingnya sinergi lintas sektor dan penguatan peran keluarga serta kader kesehatan dalam mencegah stunting secara berkelanjutan.
