Adolescence is a critical transition period requiring adequate understanding of reproductive health and nutrition to support early stunting prevention. This community service program was conducted in partnership with Sarah Private Vocational School, Bangun Rejo Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency, and involved 32 participants (12 male and 20 female adolescents). The main challenges identified were limited understanding of reproductive health and limited interactive exposure to basic medical terminology. The program aimed to improve participants’ knowledge and health literacy through basic Midwifery English training and reproductive health education. The activities were implemented through interactive workshops and lectures, with participants’ knowledge evaluated using pre-test and post-test. The average score increased from 54.5 on the pre-test to 86.8 on the post-test, representing an increase of 32.3 points. These results indicate an improvement in participants’ understanding of reproductive health, stunting prevention, and basic medical terminology after participating in the program. The integration of basic Midwifery English therefore provides a potential complementary approach to preventive health education for adolescents.
