APLIKATIF  —  Journal of Research Trends in Social Sciences and Humanities

PUBLICATION POLICY

APLIKATIF: Journal of Research Trends in Social Sciences and Humanities follows a quarterly publication schedule with an In-Progress Issue model. The journal publishes four regular issues annually, with each calendar year constituting one volume comprising four numbered issues.

01   /   PUBLICATION FREQUENCY

Publication Frequency

The journal's publication schedule is organized as follows:

Issue Publication Period Scheduled Finalization
No. 1 January–March March
No. 2 April–June June
No. 3 July–September September
No. 4 October–December December

The scheduled months indicate when each issue is expected to be finalized. Individual articles may be published earlier within their designated quarterly publication period.

02   /   PROGRESSIVE ONLINE PUBLICATION

In-Progress Issue Publication

APLIKATIF adopts an In-Progress Issue model to facilitate the timely dissemination of scholarly research while maintaining its quarterly publication schedule.

Under this model, a regular issue may be made available online before all its articles have been published. Manuscripts that have successfully completed peer review, received formal editorial acceptance, and undergone copyediting, proofreading, and production may be published progressively within their designated issue.

Each article becomes publicly accessible and citable upon online publication, even while the issue remains designated as In Progress.

Articles are published directly within their assigned regular issues rather than through a separate Early Release issue.

03   /   PUBLICATION RECORDS

Article Publication and Bibliographic Records

Each published article is assigned to its corresponding volume and issue and receives a persistent Digital Object Identifier (DOI).

The journal records the actual online publication date of each article. This date remains unchanged when the issue is subsequently finalized.

Article titles, authorship information, volume and issue numbers, DOI records, and other bibliographic metadata must remain accurate and consistent across the journal website, published article files, and relevant indexing or registration services.

04   /   COMPLETION OF AN ISSUE

Issue Finalization

Each issue is scheduled for finalization during its designated publication month.

Before finalization, the editorial team verifies the completeness of the issue, including its table of contents, article files, and bibliographic metadata.

Once finalized, the In-Progress designation is removed, and the issue is maintained as part of the journal's permanent publication record. No additional research articles are ordinarily added to a finalized issue. Necessary post-publication corrections are handled in accordance with the journal's applicable editorial policies.

05   /   SUBMISSION AND NOTICES

Manuscript Submission and Schedule Changes

APLIKATIF accepts manuscript submissions throughout the year without restricting submission to particular quarterly periods.

The assignment of accepted manuscripts to specific issues depends on the completion of editorial evaluation, peer review, and production requirements. Acceptance of a manuscript does not guarantee publication in a particular issue.

Any significant changes to the publication schedule, including delays in issue finalization, will be communicated through the journal's official website.

Authors are encouraged to consult the Author Guidelines and Peer Review Process for further information concerning manuscript preparation and editorial evaluation.
